TERMS AND CONDITION:

The following terms and conditions shall also apply to client's engagement with ART NINJA:

1. WATERMARK: ART NINJA watermark may be placed on every photo. ART NINJA has the right to upload the photos in social media or website for compilation purposes. Additional charges apply for commercial purposes. It includes the removal of watermark and uploading to social media upon client's approval.

2. PICTURE QUALITY: ART NINJA cannot guarantee the quality of low resolution and poorly lighted photos. For restored images, photo may look slightly different specially those that are severely damaged or faded. Some might look cartoonish because the damaged parts are digitally painted to restore. Psychologically, it may look different when compared to the original/faded file. 

3. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT: Full payment should be made before editing through Gcash, BPI or Paypal for single photo. For bulk or multiple photos, 50% deposit should be made. Remaining balance should be settled after editing (After preview) and before sending of final file/s. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE upon cancellation.

4. REVISIONS: Only one FREE MINOR modification to the photo is allowed. However, additional P300 (minimum) for every new revision.

5. PROJECT COMPLETION: ART NINJA will provide the full edited photo/s to the client through email. Editing normally takes 3-5 days/photo to complete depends on the volume of pending tasks. In case of delay due to illness, emergency or computer malfunction, client should be willing to provide an extension. There is a rush fee of P500 (minimum) for 24 to 48 hours process.

6. RATES: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Final rate may also change depends on the situation, demand and instruction.
